Do you accept returns/exchanges?
Yes! As with all handmade products, there might be slight inconsistencies in each product. However, if the earrings break or are damaged in the mail, I accept returns and will remake/resend the earrings if possible.
* We do not accept returns on any home/bath/body products such as candles and sugar scrubs.
How long will it take to get my package?
* Please always make sure to view the home page for updates on processing times! *
Currently, it can take 5-7 business days for made to order items to ship out. Pre-made/on-hand items will ship out faster. If there is an issue with your order or if we are unable to ship it out in a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you directly with more information.

* PLEASE NOTE dot dot blü is not responsible for the packages once they are dropped off at the USPS Office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have a concern about tracking/status, etc., please contact USPS for more information. We have no control over the shipping process once it has been dropped off with USPS.
Do you offer order customization (custom orders) and/or order personalization?
Yes. I can complete a custom or personalized order upon request. Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply if you message the shop with your request.
How do I care for my earrings?
All earrings are made of Polymer Clay. Please try to refrain from bending the earrings as this may lead to damage or breakage of the earring itself. Please refrain from using perfumes or hair products on or directly near the earrings, and do not wear in water. Keep out of extreme heat. Store in a cool, dry area to prevent scratching or damage. To clean, take a q-tip and alcohol and gently wipe product until clean.
